RETURN/EXCHANGE

READY TO WEAR MERCHANDISE

We offer a convenient 15 days window for return/exchange on all ready-to-wear merchandise. Customers need to notify us within the stipulated time, ie, within a week post delivery of shipment. An email must be sent to info.hippodrome@gmail.com mentioning the order details and return reason. Thereafter, our team will contact you and initiate the return process.

The return shipping will have to be borne by the seller, unless products delivered to them are wrong, damaged or defected. Any used product will not be applicable for return/exchange. Full refund will be processed to the buyer's original payment source once products have been received back and investigated by our team.

MADE TO ORDER/CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

However, exchange is not valid on any product which is made-to-order or customized (made to specific size or design requirements).

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer 'free shipping' unless specified.

Return shipping will have to be borne by the seller, unless products delivered to them are wrong, damaged or defected.

All orders are usually shipped within 48 hours of confirmation.
